1.No washer and dryer available . 2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. 3.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5.Only use appliances for their intended uses 6.Pets are NOT allowed (District of Sechelt bylaw) 7.Please use water and hydro wisely ( stage 4 water restrictions in July - Sept 8. Turn off lights when not in use. 9.Noise restriction: No music outside day or night , no loud noise outside after 10:00 pm (Neighbors on both sides of property) Please note: property management is on the property at all times. No visitors allowed at any time. 10.Violators: management has the right to refuse service and to dismiss any violators from the property at any time 11.Laundry is not available on site, 12. PARKING – Parking is limited to 5 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. In the winter months , due to frost and snow we request that all vehicles be parked up In the drive way . 13.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do provide some beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Although extra housekeeping is available at the request of client with a fee of $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace, also read tip sheet located on fireplace. 15.Water and Septic: The cabin is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500. 16.Watercraft use: due to liability insurance reasons we do not loan any watercraft items for use. Please do not ask for these items, as they are for our personal use only.
